At Fouarnnvaeill, we believe pet care should be simple, convenient, and reliable—and that includes a smooth delivery experience for every order.
Every order is handled with care from the moment it is placed to the moment it arrives at your door. To keep our pet products accessible while maintaining quality, many of our items are shipped directly from trusted global manufacturing partners. This allows us to offer practical, comfortable, and pet-friendly essentials without unnecessary markups.
1. Order Processing & Shipping Fee
All orders are reviewed and prepared to meet our quality standards before shipment.
Processing Time: 2 business days
Shipping Fee: $5.99 flat rate worldwide
Please Note: During peak periods such as holidays, promotional events, or high order volumes, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Because we work with global fulfillment partners to bring you the best value, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- United States: 10–15 business days
- Canada / UK / Australia: 11–16 business days
- Rest of World: 15–20 business days
We appreciate your patience as we make sure your pet products arrive safely and ready for everyday use.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking Updates: Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the shipping label has been created.
If tracking updates are delayed, please do not worry. Your order is still in transit and on its way to you.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, shipments are sent under DDU Delivered Duty Unpaid terms. This means:
- Import duties, taxes, or additional fees may be charged by your local customs authority.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Fouarnnvaeill is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Customs fees are generally uncommon for most pet products, but policies vary by country.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order:

Once your order has entered the processing stage, we are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel it.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are fully committed to ensuring your order arrives in good condition.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
- We will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Fouarnnvaeill is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or others in your household.
- Contact the shipping carrier, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or your local delivery provider, directly to file a claim.
We are happy to assist by providing any necessary tracking details, but we cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address.
